Set a closing timeline, and a title and escrow agent will set a time for you to sign the necessary documents. Opendoor will visit the home in a final walkthrough to make sure the home is still in the same condition.
What is ShopProp
ShopProp is a flat fee full service real estate company that will sell your home with all of the services provided by a traditional agent, but at a low flat cost. While your home is listed with ShopProp, you can also try selling on your own at the same time. If you are able to find a buyer while selling on your own, you don't have to pay ShopProp a commission.
